Our training and development opportunities not only give you the skills you need to do your job well, but the ability to provide terrific levels of service. Whether you are a new or experienced technician, an advisor, a branch customer services advisor, or part of our support function and management teams, we’ll provide you with training for both professional and personal success.
If you choose to become a technician you’ll attend our Startline Programme. This two-week course provides you with essential Health & Safety training as well as guidance on how to provide customers with the best levels of service. New recruits also gain hands-on experience of the vehicle glass replacement process.
And there’s plenty more opportunities to keep technicians equipped with the most up to date knowledge and skills – from Glass Repair and One Person Lift programmes to Ezi-Cut & Ezi-Wire training and Specialist Repair training.
