Customer Support Agent - 6 month contract
Our Technicians aren’t the only experts here at Autoglass®. Our Customer Service teams are experts too – experts in dealing with calls, answering queries and helping customers to sort out problems, often in stressful situations. Selling the benefits of using Autoglass® and explaining why we are better than our competitors. And that’s what makes this such a rewarding challenge.
You will require a calm and friendly personality, good communication and problem-solving skills. Willing to listen to and understand the customer. You must have the ability to recognise the needs of the customer and respond to their requests ensuring that we exceed the expectations of the customer.
This role requires you to be flexible with your working hours and must be available to work up to 5 days over 7 days per week.

We are currently looking to hire experienced technicians in various areas e.g. Kilkenny and Dublin. Full clean drivers licence is essential.
